Badger's customer service has been fantastic—and that's becoming really hard to find these days. We called them up recently, and within three hours, they had something brought back from the warehouse. It helps us out a lot. They're one of those logistics partners that is so good, they never tell you 'no.'

A lot of times we're delivering to sites where there are install crews waiting for the truck that could have thousands of dollars in penalties if the trucks are late. We really try and find carriers that can perform at a level where they're on time, and if they're not on time, they communicate that they're running late to try and avoid any penalties. Badger is certainly a carrier that we can trust to be there on time, and if there is something that they find that doesn't seem right, they will reach out. They're much more transparent than a lot of other carriers: willing to share their struggles, willing to listen to ours, and just be a good partner.
